Welcome to the 2.0 Version of this site

I started a blog a couple of years ago to update all of you on my quest to make the PGA Champions Tour. After starting this blog, I posted a few times and then gave up on it.

I also found out that when it comes to trying to get better at golf, I didn't have a clue. I figured that if you went to the range for an hour or so and hit 3 buckets of balls, then putted for a bit and then played 18 holes, I was doing my best to improve.

Boy was I wrong!

Now I spend 3-8 hours on the range, hitting between 500 - 1000 balls. I also hit the gym twice a day. If I really want to give this a legit shot, I have to work harder than I ever thought.

I have until the end of 2011 to get my game in top shape and head to Q-School and see what happens. The chances of me making it are very slim, but I love to be told I can't do it. I love the challenge and I embrace the quest.

I want you guys to come along for the ride. I promise to be much better about updating this sire this time and I urge to to follow me on Twitter.

I will update you on my progress and share stories along the way.

It should be fun and I look forward to your comments and ideas.

So let's do this!
