Finding it in the Gym

Ben Hogan used to say that you found the answer in the dirt. I also think you need to find the answer in the gym.....and that is exactly where I have been the past month.

Since mid December I have been in the gym twice a day working out trying to get myself and my golf game in better shape. I know that if I'm going to have any chance of reaching my goal, I need to get in better shape. For years, I have neglected my body....sure there were stretches where I would lose weight and get in better shape, but then I would go back to blowing off working out and get out of shape fast. Well, unless you consider round a shape. LOL

This time I will stick with it.

One way I plan on sticking with it is by writing this post.... That way, I have told you guys that I will continue my workouts and I don't I'll look like a fool.

That is something I am going to try hard and avoid.

Good luck buddy, I'm on the same program to get on the Senior Tour. I look forward to following your progress through your blog. I suggest playing in a bunch of tournaments.
